When we moved from France to the US more than fifteen years ago, my daughters were just starting solid foods — and I was shocked at how many shelves were filled with processed options. I longed for the kind of simple, real, nourishing food I grew up with in France. Rather than stay frustrated, I decided to do something about it. I wrote Simply French in America — part memoir, part invitation for American families to slow down, step into the kitchen, and make homemade meals they could truly feel good about.

Now, I’m bringing those recipes to life through Cook & Connect — a warm, low-pressure challenge to help you enjoy seven nourishing dinners without the nightly stress. You’ll cook in your own kitchen, at your own pace, with recipes straight from my book. We’ll make generous portions so you can savor them again later in the week.

Along the way, we’ll swap ideas, share encouragement, and celebrate our small wins inside a private online group. No cameras, no perfection — just real people making real food, and feeling more connected, one meal at a time.
