We live so much of our lives from the neck up. Embody is an invitation to come back down — to move, to be touched, to remember.
You are a body, fully alive, fully intelligent, fully deserving of care.
Planning, managing, analyzing, performing — while somewhere below, the body waits patiently, holding everything we haven't had time to feel.
This is an invitation to come back down. To move, to be touched, to remember.

Ecstatic Dance is one of the oldest forms of human expression — the body moving freely, without choreography, without judgment, without having to look good or do it right. Just music, breath, and the radical permission to move however you actually want to move.
We open in stillness, build through waves of sound, and close in quiet integration. You might shake, sway, stomp, sob, or laugh — often all in the same hour. All of it is welcome. All of it is medicine.

We hold so much in our bodies. Grief that never had a moment to move through. Stress that settled into the shoulders and stayed. The quiet ache of never being truly, tenderly touched without needing to give anything back.
These sessions weave together presence, breath, and intentional touch to support your nervous system — and your whole self — back toward safety, ease, and ground. You are always in control. Consent is continuous. Nothing happens without your full agreement.

There's something about being in motion — outside, in the air — that makes it easier to think, to feel, and to hear yourself again. Part conversation, part coaching, part just remembering what it feels like to move without a destination.
For when you need clarity but a desk and a screen isn't where you'll find it.
Sometimes the body knows before the mind catches up. If something on this page stirred something in you — a quiet yes, a little fear, a flicker of recognition — that is enough. Reach out and we'll find the right starting place together. No pressure, no obligation. Just a conversation.
