Cook and Connect offers a welcoming space to slow down, learn in community, and then bring that support back into your own kitchen as you cook for yourself or your family. Participants will also receive practical support through meal plans, grocery lists, helpful kitchen tips, and community support to make nourishing at home feel more doable and connected.
