One worksheet for each week — slowing down, pleasure and play, nourishment, presence and connection.
Print them, fold them into a notebook, or keep them open on your phone. There is no right way to use them.
A gentle space for your thoughts, reflections, and discoveries.
These worksheets were created to accompany each week of the Summer Slowdown Series.
Each week offers a simple reflection, a few questions, and space to explore what is unfolding for you. No pressure. No right answers. No need to have it all figured out.
As you move through the series, take your time with each week's worksheet. Let the questions linger. Return to them throughout the week if you wish. Sometimes the most meaningful insights arrive slowly.
These pages aren't here to help you do more. They're here to help you slow down, pay attention, and deepen your experience of the season.
The Four Weeks
Each worksheet is a couple of pages. Quiet, spacious, made to be sat with — not rushed through.
Week One
Slowing Down
A first breath. Where you are, what you're carrying, and what would happen if you set some of it down.
One worksheet, one quiet morning a week. Coffee, the page, no phone within reach.
Write without editing
The first honest answer is usually the right one. Let it be messy. No one is reading this but you.
Leave it open
Some prompts will keep working on you for days. Keep the page somewhere you'll see it again.
Social media platforms are not my main focus. I have yet to find a way to engage with them that feels comfortable and doesn’t lead to overwhelm or stress.
