I'm so glad you said yes to this.

Summer asks something different from us than the other seasons. It asks us to slow down, to taste, to play, to be in our bodies. And most of us — especially those of us who spend our days caring for others — forget how.

These next four weeks are an invitation to remember. There's nothing to perform here. No catching up. No falling behind. Just a rhythm to step into, at whatever pace feels true.

When will the emails arrive?
Four emails per week, spaced out so nothing feels like a flood. The first arrives within 24 hours of your welcome. From there, expect them gently through the week.
What if I fall behind?
There is no behind. This is yours, at your pace. The emails stay in your inbox. The vault stays open. Come back to whatever you missed when the time feels right.
How do I access the forum?
Click the "Enter the forum" button above. You'll be brought to our private community space — open 24/7. Use the same email you registered with to log in.
Do I have to come to the live call?
You don't have to do anything. But if you can come, please do. There's something that happens when we close a season together that emails alone can't hold.
