The Spring Seasonal Nourishment experience is a gentle, month-long journey to help you move through the season with more awareness, nourishment, and connection.
Social media platforms are not my main focus. I have yet to find a way to engage with them that feels comfortable and doesn’t lead to overwhelm or stress.
