—not about giving advice from a place of authority. 
Together, we’ll set meaningful goals, create sustainable habits, 
and develop routines that align with your unique values and lifestyle. 
My role is to support and encourage you, holding space for your growth 
and challenges, while offering guidance and practical tools tailored to your needs. It’s a journey we take side by side, 
with your well-being and transformation 
at the heart of each step.

                        2.   1 x 50-Minute Holding Space Session
                        3.   Personalized Action Plan: A roadmap with nutrition guidance, movement strategies, and lifestyle steps.
                        4.   Weekly Check-Ins: One-on-one coaching to monitor progress and make adjustments.
                        5.   Invitation to join community gatherings : Womoons (women circle on the full moon) and Ecstatic dance sessions
                        6.   Resource: Curated meal plans, recipes, and movement guides.
