Whether through quiet reflection, open dialogue, or simply holding space for one another, you’ll experience the profound power of being seen and heard.

Monthly Ecstatic Dance

Embark on a 75-minute Ecstatic Dance journey—a freeform movement experience designed to release stress, ignite creativity, and spark joy. Guided by a thoughtfully curated playlist, you’re invited to explore self-expression without limits—no choreography, no talking, no judgment, just pure movement. Whether you flow, stomp, sway, or soar, this is your space to be fully present and embodied. Come as you are, dance into freedom, and rediscover the joy of movement.
$15 per person | $25 for 2 persons | $50 for family and group over 4.







Death Café - Sioux Falls
Sunday, April 27th from 1:00pm to 3:00pm
At Downtown Library : 200 N Dakota Ave, Sioux Falls, SD 57104

A welcoming space to talk openly about death, dying, and life. This is not a grief support group or counseling session, but an opportunity to share thoughts, ask questions, and explore the many facets of mortality in a safe, judgment-free environment. Together, over tea and treats, we’ll create a space for honest conversation—because talking about death can help us live more fully. Everyone is welcome, and no topic is too big or small. Come as you are and join the conversation. Free to attend.
