25th Annual Health Ministry Conference

Friday, November 7th - from 8:30am to 4:30pm

The purpose of this event is to gain a deeper understanding of how chronic anxiety shows up in individuals and systems; how to respond and communicate with clarity, resilience, and spiritual depth, and practice strategies for self-regulation to care for self and others experiencing anxiety. I’ll be one of the panelists discussing this topic. The conference is open to everyone — $25 for Sanford employees and $45 for the general public.

Spring Nourishment Series

Online - starting March 21st 2026

Seasonal Nourishment Series is a gentle invitation to slow down and take time to notice what is moving inside of us and around us. At the beginning of each season, we meet online for four Sundays, gathering for 1 to 1½ hours on a group call. Each session includes simple check-ins, seasonal reflections, and space to share and listen. Between calls, you’ll receive a seasonal guide to support your reflections and help you keep the momentum throughout the season.
