Ready For a Gentle Reset Before The Holiday Rush ?

Rested & Rooted
A One-Night, One-Day Retreat for Women.
Nourish your body, mind, and spirit before the busy season begins.

Friday, September 26th (evening) and Saturday September, 27th (all day)
In Baltic, SD
Step Away, Slow Down, and Restore Your Energy Before the Year’s End.
In a world that moves too fast, give yourself permission to slow down
— to breathe, to feel, to simply be.

Spaces are limited to 12 women.

About Rested and Rooted Retreat

This retreat is a gentle invitation to pause—before the holiday season sweeps you away.
Come as you are. Join a circle of women in a cozy, welcoming space where slowing down is not only allowed, but encouraged.
Together, we’ll rest, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters.
Through gentle practices like mindfulness, women’s circles, creative expression, cooking and eating in community, you’ll find room to exhale and return to yourself.
No experience needed. Just bring your curiosity, an open heart, and a desire to feel more grounded as you head into the season with ease and joy.

What You Will Experience

We often hit the end of the year feeling
burned out, resentful, or depleted.
This retreat is a chance to
pause before the overwhelm
—to tend to yourself, your needs, and your nervous system.
It’s not about adding one more thing.
It’s about coming home to yourself,
so the rest of the year flows
with more presence, purpose, and peace.

Loosely Held, Deeply Nourishing : This Retreat Flows, Not Follows

REMINDER : Each part of the day is an invitation, not an obligation.
This is a spacious, collaborative retreat with room for what arises.
