What Others are Saying About Those Customized Cooking Classes
Sandrine is a great chef, I have enjoyed my cooking/baking sessions with her. Cooking relaxes me and I love learning new recipes and cooking together. Sandrine brings carefully crafted recipes with her and shares the print outs that lists everything you may need including the utensils. She goes through each step patiently and explains the process very well. We have cooked sourdough baguettes together, her recipe bakes delicious breads. My favorite part of the cooking sessions with her is the calming energy, which made me enjoy it even more.
Indra, mom and scientist

Without a doubt Sandrine is a natural and gifted teacher. My two boys (3.5 and 5.5 years old) and I did a cooking class with together. We made energy balls and let me tell you it was a blast! They each got to make their own recipe, which meant adding whatever ingredients they wanted and rolling their own creations. Walking away from that experience left me feeling both excited to make more creations with them as well as filled with such happy memories with my boys! We will definitely do more of these classes in the future - especially since my boys keep asking when the next one will be!”

Sandrine generously offered to teach, “the Art of Baking French Baguettes” in my home! I tried to sign up for her formal class, but it was full -- with a waiting list.
We set a date, invited a few friends and family, she even sent out invitations. Voilà!, we were set for a cultural baking experience!
Granted, I’m not much of a baker, but Sandrine was so patient and a wonderful teacher. She was meticulous, had recipes, history and ingredients organized for all individuals in attendance.
We gathered around charcuterie, wine and fresh warm baguettes. The baguettes were delicious and honestly, I could realistically bake these again (with just a few ingredients)!
I highly recommend her class. Sandrine has a genuine gift. She brings people together, at the very heart of nourishing family and friends -- through breaking bread.
